AWP Safety, the Kohlberg & Company-backed worksite safety platform, acquired RHV Capital's Traffic Control Group (Arrive Alive Traffic Control, Give 'Em a Brake Safety, Stay Alert Safety Services) and Texas Traffic and Barricade. The add-on deal expands AWP Safety's national footprint across utility, broadband and transportation infrastructure end markets and brings additional regional teams and capabilities into its platform.
