Ball Corporation sold 41 percentage points of its 51% ownership in Ball United Arab Can Manufacturing Company (UAC) to a subsidiary of ORG Technology Co., Ltd. for approximately $70 million and retains a 10% ownership stake. Upon closing Ball deconsolidated UAC; the transaction deepens Ball's relationship with ORG and aligns Ball's portfolio with its returns-oriented strategy while leveraging ORG's regional manufacturing scale.

Co., including the full pump product line of submersible, booster, jet, sump pumps and pressure tanks. The add-on expands Baker’s Water Systems product offerings and market coverage for residential and agricultural end markets, with TPG Twin Brook providing financing and advisors representing both sides.

Ball Corporation Acquires Alucan

Ball Corporation has acquired Alucan, a European specialist in extruded aluminum aerosol cans and impact-extruded bottles, adding manufacturing facilities in Llinars del Vallés, Spain and Lummen, Belgium. The deal expands Ball's extruded aluminum aerosol and bottle capabilities in Europe, supports reuse/refill and sustainability initiatives, and enables cross-selling into beverage, personal care and household markets while reducing logistical CO2 emissions.
