O2 Investment Partners, through its pool-care platform Azureon, has made an investment in and partnered with Henry Bona Pools & Spas, a full-service pool maintenance and construction company based in Kenvil, New Jersey. Terms were not disclosed; Bona Pools will retain significant ownership and will join Azureon's expanding Northeast platform as its tenth add-on.
