Accenture has completed its acquisition of SKS Group, a Germany-based consulting firm that helps banks across Germany, Austria and Switzerland modernize technology and meet regulatory requirements using SAP S/4HANA. Approximately 500 SKS Group professionals join Accenture Technology; financial terms were not disclosed.

JLL Partners Acquires Jonathan Engineered Solutions from Levine Leichtman Capital Partners

JLL Partners, a New York-based private equity firm, has acquired Jonathan Engineered Solutions (JES), a designer and manufacturer of ruggedized enclosures, slides, and vibration isolators used in defense, aerospace and specialty industrial applications. JES is headquartered in Irvine, California with approximately 900 employees; JLL plans to use JES as the base of a new aerospace and defense manufacturing platform and to invest in capacity, technology and strategic acquisitions. Levine Leichtman Capital Partners sold its portfolio company to JLL Partners.

JLL Partners Acquires PowerParts Group

JLL Partners has acquired PowerParts Group, a precision manufacturer and field-services provider of aftermarket components for gas- and steam-turbine power plants, from Mangrove Equity Partners. JLL intends to use PowerParts Group as the foundation of a new engineering-focused power-generation components platform and plans to expand capacity and capabilities through organic investment and strategic acquisitions.

SI Solutions Acquires SC Solutions, Inc.

SI Solutions has acquired SC Solutions, Inc., a Sunnyvale-based provider of structural and controls engineering, to expand its Critical Infrastructure division and add controls engineering capabilities. The deal strengthens SI Solutions’ technical offerings across energy, process and infrastructure markets and integrates SC Solutions’ expertise into SI’s platform backed by Jumana Capital.

JLL Acquires Kensington Capital Advisors and Frame Financial Systems

JLL (Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated) has wholly acquired Kensington Capital Advisors (KCA), a North Carolina–based derivatives and structured finance advisory firm, along with its Frame Financial Systems technology platform. The deal brings KCA and Frame's 23 employees into JLL's Capital Markets and JLL Technologies teams and adds a proprietary 'software with a service' debt portfolio reporting and analytics capability to JLL's CRE investor offerings.

ASGN Incorporated Acquires Skyris, LLC

ASGN Incorporated has acquired Skyris, LLC and will integrate the company into its ECS segment to bolster geospatial intelligence, remote sensing and open-source data analytics capabilities for Department of Defense and intelligence community customers. Skyris, founded in Fredericksburg, Virginia, brings approximately 75 cleared technical employees and proprietary Data-as-a-Service capabilities; financial terms were not disclosed.
