PDH Academy Acquires OphthoQuestions and SunCam

The deal was supported by debt financing from Tree Line Capital Partners and legal advice to Eden/PDH from Cooley LLP; the acquisitions add a large engineering course library (SunCam’s ~75 educators) and a market-leading ophthalmology question bank to the PDH platform.
