Protos Security, backed by Southfield Capital, has completed the acquisition of Security Resources (SRI), a Cherry Hill, New Jersey-based managed security services and manned guard provider. The deal combines Protos' tech-enabled managed security capabilities with SRI's in-house guard operations to expand service offerings and deepen client relationships.
