MicroStar Logistics acquired Kegstar to create a leading global keg solutions provider, combining complementary geographies and capabilities across Australia, the UK, Europe and the USA. The deal expands MicroStar's network (bringing the combined pool to nearly 6 million kegs) and integrates Kegstar's pay-per-fill, tracking and keg-repair capabilities into MicroStar's PE-backed platform.

H.I.G. Capital Acquires Majority Stake in Capstone Logistics from The Jordan Company

H.I.G. Capital agreed to acquire a majority stake in Capstone Logistics, a Peachtree Corners, Georgia–based third‑party logistics provider, from an affiliate of The Jordan Company. Capstone’s management, led by CEO Steve Taylor, will remain shareholders and TJC will retain a minority stake and reinvest; the deal is positioned to accelerate Capstone’s organic growth and acquisition strategy.

International Keg Rental Acquires Assets of Global Asset Rental

GHK Capital Partners Acquires ITS Logistics

GHK Capital Partners LP, a Greenwich-based private equity firm, completed the acquisition of ITS Logistics, a U.S. third-party logistics provider. The transaction (terms undisclosed) transfers ownership from McNally Capital and its partners (including Coughlin Capital and the ITS founders) and positions ITS to expand services, invest in technology and physical assets, and grow its North American footprint.

Buske Logistics Acquires Strategic Warehousing

Buske Logistics, a portfolio company of Fourshore Partners, has acquired Strategic Warehousing, LLC, a contract logistics provider based in Eagan, Minnesota. The add-on expands Buske's food-and-beverage warehousing capabilities—particularly in confectionery—and grows its network in the Twin Cities with three sites totaling 225,000 square feet.

KAG Logistics Acquires American PetroLog

KAG Logistics, LLC completed the acquisition of American PetroLog, LLC, a Lafayette, Louisiana-based provider of multi-modal distribution, transloading, storage and liquid-bulk logistics services for the petrochemical industry. The deal brings American PetroLog's team — including President & CEO Jeff Colonna — into KAGL and expands KAG's capabilities and capacity in liquid bulk/petrochemical logistics across North America.
