Denver-based Keg Logistics has acquired 124 HopGistics LLC, an Atlanta-based provider of kegs and keg-management services to the craft brewing industry. The deal expands Keg Logistics' customer base and service offerings (including pay-per-fill, rental and export programs) and strengthens its talent and logistics capabilities; Keg Logistics is a portfolio company of Seaport Capital.

International Keg Rental Acquires Assets of Global Asset Rental

International Keg said it will inject growth capital to expand the business internationally, retain customer relationships and install a new leadership team including Thadeus Avvampato as President and Justin Smith as CFO.

MML Keystone Acquires Close Brewery Rentals (ekeg) from Close Brothers

MML will provide capital and operational support to accelerate digitisation, expand geographically, and scale the keg-pooling, leasing and cleaning platform across the UK & Ireland and beyond.

Penske Truck Leasing Acquires Star Truck Rentals, Inc.

Penske Truck Leasing agreed to acquire Star Truck Rentals, Inc., a Michigan-based transportation services company that offers full-service leasing, commercial truck rental, contract maintenance and used truck sales. The acquisition adds Star’s ~1,900 vehicles and 18 locations across Michigan and Indiana to Penske’s network; financial terms were not disclosed and the transaction was expected to close in Q2 2023 subject to customary approvals.

ShipX Acquires Princeton Logistics Group and TriStar Carriers
