Mullen Group Acquires B. & R. Eckel's Transport Ltd.

Mullen Group Ltd. has entered into a share purchase agreement to acquire B. & R. Eckel's Transport Ltd., a Bonnyville, Alberta-based trucking and logistics operator. The acquisition, funded from Mullen's cash and credit lines, adds 16 facilities, a fleet of ~400 power units and over 950 trailers, ~420 employees and approximately $85.0 million in annualized revenue, expanding Mullen's presence in Northeastern Alberta and energy-focused hauling capabilities.
