The combined company will be headquartered in Camarillo, California, led by Lance Merker (CEO) and Peter DeVries (President & COO), bringing together more than 150 employees and a combined customer base of 450+ institutions; Riverside plans to expand the product suite and pursue add-on acquisitions.
