Capgemini has agreed to acquire LiquidHub, a Philadelphia-based digital customer engagement firm, to strengthen its digital consulting and customer experience capabilities in North America. The deal (announced February 5, 2018) aligns with Capgemini's strategy to accelerate its Digital & Cloud portfolio in the region and is reported at roughly two times LiquidHub's 2017 revenues (~€200m).

GrowGeneration Corp. acquired The Harvest Company, a Northern California hydroponic supply center with stores in Redding and Trinity County, to expand its footprint in the Emerald Triangle cannabis market. The Harvest Company's 16 employees joined GrowGeneration and founder Robert Masterson will remain in an advisory role.
