The acquisition strengthens LiquidHub's Salesforce and CRM implementation capabilities and expands its U.S. footprint; 7 Mile Advisors served as exclusive buy-side advisor.

Capgemini Acquires LiquidHub

Capgemini has agreed to acquire LiquidHub, a Philadelphia-based digital customer engagement firm, to strengthen its digital consulting and customer experience capabilities in North America. The deal (announced February 5, 2018) aligns with Capgemini's strategy to accelerate its Digital & Cloud portfolio in the region and is reported at roughly two times LiquidHub's 2017 revenues (~€200m).

The acquisition adds approximately 50 professionals — including Redkite co-founders Brennan Burkhart and Kenny McColl — to LiquidHub's team and strengthens its customer engagement and CRM service offerings across financial services, travel/hospitality and legal markets.

One Equity Partners has completed the acquisition of Liquid Web, a managed cloud and hosting provider headquartered in Atlanta, Georgia, and has formed a new holding company called CloudOne Digital. The transaction creates a platform for consolidation across the cloud hosting sector, bringing Liquid Web’s brands and data center assets into an expanded offering focused on managed hosting, managed applications and commerce cloud solutions for SMBs and mid-market customers.
