SalesLoft Acquires Opportunity Management Provider Costello

HubSpot Acquires Cacheflow to Add Billing and CPQ Capabilities

HubSpot has acquired Cacheflow, a San Francisco–based startup that provides B2B subscription billing management and CPQ (configure, price, quote) tools, for an undisclosed amount. Cacheflow will become a wholly owned subsidiary and its team will be integrated into HubSpot's Commerce Hub to build native billing and CPQ features and accelerate revenue management for customers.

Flexera Acquires Snow Software

Splunk Inc. Acquires Flowmill

Splunk Inc. has signed a definitive agreement to acquire Flowmill, a Palo Alto–based cloud network observability company that specializes in network performance monitoring using eBPF technology. The acquisition expands Splunk's Observability Suite by adding real-time cloud network telemetry and NPM capabilities; the deal was announced November 24, 2020 and expected to close in Splunk's fiscal fourth quarter.
