OpenText Acquires XMedius from StoneCalibre

OpenText Corporation has acquired XMedius, a Montreal-based provider of secure information exchange and unified communications solutions, from StoneCalibre for approximately $75 million in cash. XMedius, which generates roughly $40 million in annual revenue and operates on-premise and cloud communications products (including secure file exchange and digital fax), will be integrated to strengthen OpenText's secure information exchange, unified communications and cloud offerings.
