Genpact has signed a definitive agreement to acquire Chicago-based digital consultancy Rightpoint to combine experience innovation with Genpact's process and digital capabilities. Rightpoint will continue to be led by co-founder Ross Freedman as CEO and will expand its offerings and global reach through Genpact's client base and platform.

pCare Acquires TruthPoint

The deal brings TruthPoint’s RapidRoundsPlus technology and CoachAdvisor services into pCare’s open platform to help health systems improve patient satisfaction and CAHPS scores.

General Atlantic and Stone Point Acquire HireRight for ~$1.7B

Investment funds affiliated with General Atlantic and Stone Point Capital completed an all-cash merger to acquire HireRight Holdings Corporation for an enterprise value of approximately $1.7 billion (cash consideration of $14.35 per share). HireRight, a Nashville-based provider of global background screening and workforce risk-management solutions serving roughly 37,000 customers, will be taken private and its common stock has ceased trading on the NYSE.

Netsmart Acquires HealthPivots

Internet Brands Acquires PulsePoint

Internet Brands, a KKR-backed owner of WebMD Health Corp., has agreed to acquire PulsePoint, Inc., a programmatic healthcare marketing technology company that uses real-time data and machine learning to deliver health insights. The acquisition will expand Internet Brands' healthcare marketing technology capabilities by adding PulsePoint's programmatic exchange, data assets, and privacy-focused targeting tools; PulsePoint will continue to operate independently with teams in New York, San Francisco, and London.

LifePoint Health Acquires Kindred Healthcare

LifePoint Health agreed to acquire Kindred Healthcare in June 2021 and completed the transaction in December 2021, combining LifePoint's community hospital network with Kindred's long-term acute care, rehabilitation and behavioral health capabilities. The deal created a new national system, ScionHealth, and LifePoint committed to invest roughly $1.5 billion over three years to expand services, technology and community-based care.
