Angeles Equity Partners acquired Crenlo Cab Products (from KPS Capital Partners) and Worthington Industries Engineered Cabs (from Worthington Industries) and is merging the two businesses into a single, Angeles‑controlled company. The combined business will be majority owned by Angeles with Worthington retaining a minority stake; the deal is intended to increase manufacturing scale, expand geographic reach across North and South America, and broaden the product portfolio for heavy equipment and off‑highway OEM customers.
