Angeles Equity Partners Acquires Crenlo and Worthington Industries Engineered Cabs

Angeles Equity Partners acquired Crenlo Cab Products (from KPS Capital Partners) and Worthington Industries Engineered Cabs (from Worthington Industries) and is merging the two businesses into a single, Angeles‑controlled company. The combined business will be majority owned by Angeles with Worthington retaining a minority stake; the deal is intended to increase manufacturing scale, expand geographic reach across North and South America, and broaden the product portfolio for heavy equipment and off‑highway OEM customers.

Affiliate of JLL Partners Acquires Emcor Enclosures from Crenlo Engineered Cabs

Financial terms were not disclosed; the divestiture enables Crenlo to focus exclusively on manufacturing engineered cabs for off-highway vehicle OEMs while Emcor continues supplying enclosures and consoles to aerospace, defense, data center, and healthcare markets.

Presto Acquires Jockel Brandschutztechnik Service GmbH

Cummins Inc. Acquires Jacobs Vehicle Systems from Altra Industrial Motion

Cummins Inc. has completed its acquisition of Jacobs Vehicle Systems (JVS) from Altra Industrial Motion Corp. The purchase adds JVS's engine braking, cylinder deactivation, start/stop and thermal management technologies to Cummins' Components segment, secures USMCA-qualified engine components, and brings roughly 600 employees and manufacturing capacity in Bloomfield, Connecticut and Suzhou, China into Cummins.

Groupe KILOUTOU Acquires Werner Middeke Arbeitsbühnenvermietung Lift-Rental Operations in Germany

Groupe KILOUTOU has acquired the lift (aerial work platform) rental activities of Werner Middeke Arbeitsbühnenvermietung in North Rhine‑Westphalia and Thuringia, Germany. The deal brings four agencies, a fleet of more than 530 machines and around 50 employees into Kiloutou’s German network as part of its continued expansion in the country; closing was expected in December 2019 subject to usual approvals.
