Angeles Equity Partners Acquires Crenlo and Worthington Industries Engineered Cabs

Angeles Equity Partners acquired Crenlo Cab Products (from KPS Capital Partners) and Worthington Industries Engineered Cabs (from Worthington Industries) and is merging the two businesses into a single, Angeles‑controlled company. The combined business will be majority owned by Angeles with Worthington retaining a minority stake; the deal is intended to increase manufacturing scale, expand geographic reach across North and South America, and broaden the product portfolio for heavy equipment and off‑highway OEM customers.

JOST Werke SE Acquires Crenlo do Brasil from Crenlo Engineered Cabs

JOST Werke SE, through an affiliate, acquired Taxi Brazil Holdings B.V., the holding company for Crenlo do Brasil, from Crenlo Engineered Cabs (a portfolio company of Angeles Equity Partners). The divestiture lets Crenlo refocus on North American operations while JOST expands its regional footprint and product offering for agricultural and off‑highway machinery in Brazil.

JLL Partners Acquires Jonathan Engineered Solutions from Levine Leichtman Capital Partners

JLL Partners, a New York-based private equity firm, has acquired Jonathan Engineered Solutions (JES), a designer and manufacturer of ruggedized enclosures, slides, and vibration isolators used in defense, aerospace and specialty industrial applications. JES is headquartered in Irvine, California with approximately 900 employees; JLL plans to use JES as the base of a new aerospace and defense manufacturing platform and to invest in capacity, technology and strategic acquisitions. Levine Leichtman Capital Partners sold its portfolio company to JLL Partners.

JLL Partners Acquires LCR Embedded Systems

JLL Partners, a middle‑market private equity firm, has acquired LCR Embedded Systems, a Jeffersonville, Pennsylvania designer and manufacturer of rugged enclosures, backplanes and integrated systems for the aerospace and defense market. The sale was completed from LCR’s founder and majority owner, Nissen Isakov, and was announced by advisor Alderman & Company.

EMCOR Group Acquires ECM Holding Group

EMCOR Group, Inc. has agreed to acquire ECM Holding Group, Inc., a national energy-efficiency specialty services firm headquartered in Oshkosh, Wisconsin, in an all-cash transaction. The acquisition expands EMCOR's energy efficiency and sustainability services capabilities, adding ECM's HVAC, lighting, water, weatherization and airflow management offerings (ECM had estimated 2023 revenues of $60 million).

Encore Oilfield Services Acquires Custom Compression Systems

Encore Oilfield Services, LLC has acquired Custom Compression Systems, LLC (formerly Williamson Production Systems), a New Iberia, Louisiana-based manufacturer of gas compression systems. The deal adds 103,000 square feet of manufacturing space, heavy lifting capacity (two 80-ton cranes and 70-foot eave heights) and access to 225,000 horsepower of Caterpillar natural gas engines through a partnership with Louisiana Cat, expanding Encore's compression packaging and manufacturing capabilities.
