The deal expands Miss Group’s Swiss presence and customer base (Hoststar serves ~80,000 customers and ~180,000 domains), furthering the platform’s roll-up strategy in the DACH region and adding to recent Swiss acquisitions that lift combined turnover above €10 million.

Webland, founded in 1998 and headquartered in Münchenstein, Switzerland, generates around €4 million in annual turnover and manages approximately 75,000 domains; the deal strengthens Miss Group's presence in the Swiss and wider DACH hosting market.

The deal is an add-on to Miss Group's platform, expanding its Nordic footprint and Linux-managed hosting capabilities while integrating CloudNet's customers and expertise into Miss Group's international hosting network.
