Grossman Marketing Group, a fourth-generation, family-owned provider of branded merchandise and marketing services based in Woburn, Massachusetts, has acquired Cooley Group, a Rochester, New York-based promotional products, print and fulfillment provider. Cooley will continue to operate under its name as a division of Grossman with its offices and team remaining in place, expanding Grossman's regional footprint, capabilities (technology, e-commerce, logistics) and sustainability programs like SwagCycle.

The Macomb Group Acquires Woodhill Supply

The Macomb Group Inc., a Michigan-based PVF and plumbing supplies distributor, has acquired the operations and real estate of Woodhill Supply Inc., a Willoughby, Ohio-based plumbing/HVAC supply distributor with a second branch in Cleveland. The deal expands Macomb Group’s footprint in Northeast Ohio and adds a large distribution hub (about 300,000 sq. ft.) to improve service and product capabilities for local contractor and industrial customers.

H.W. Kaufman Group Acquires Stonemark Inc.

H.W. Kaufman Group Inc. has acquired Frisco-based premium financing company Stonemark Inc., merging Kaufman’s Royal Premium subsidiary with Stonemark under the Stonemark brand. Stonemark’s CEO Elizabeth Davies will lead the combined organization, which aims to expand premium financing services for retail insurance brokers and agents across the U.S. and Canada.
