Princeton Medspa Partners Acquires Ridha Plastic Surgery & Medspa and Pure Skin Aesthetic & Laser

Princeton Medspa Partners (PMP), a medical aesthetics platform backed by BC Partners, has expanded its portfolio by acquiring Ridha Plastic Surgery & Medspa in Saratoga Springs, New York, and Pure Skin Aesthetic & Laser in Bismarck, North Dakota. PMP said these add-ons support its strategy to scale regional aesthetic clinics and that it expects to add roughly five more locations in Q4 2024 as it selectively expands across suburban U.S. markets.
