Volaris Group, a division of Constellation Software Inc., has acquired AVENCALL SAS, a Lyon-based provider of unified communications and contact center software (including the XiVO product). AVENCALL was previously a subsidiary of Wisper Group; Volaris said the acquisition will support AVENCALL’s growth in government administration and contact center markets.

Volaris Group has acquired Collab – Soluções Informáticas de Comunicação e Colaboração, a Lisbon-based provider of on-premise and cloud-native contact center solutions (CCaaS, cloud PBX) serving telecom operators and contact center providers worldwide. Collab, founded in 2003, serves 500+ customers with 35,000 live concurrent contact-center agents and a global partner network; the deal is an add-on to Volaris's Communications & Media vertical to broaden its mission-critical software capabilities.

Volaris Group Acquires 4D SAS

Volaris Group has acquired 4D SAS, a France-based developer platform company that offers hybrid low-code platforms 4D and Qodly. 4D will continue to operate under CEO Eric Teissandier and retain its global operations (including ~100-person team in Rabat, Morocco); Volaris said the deal expands its Developer Platform portfolio and supports 4D's long-term growth and innovation.
