Coronis Health, a healthcare revenue cycle management company, has acquired Revenue Guard Claims Management, a Morganville, New Jersey-based specialist in ambulance and EMS billing. Bryant Park Capital served as exclusive financial advisor to Revenue Guard on the transaction; Revenue Guard's co-founder Steve Loures will lead the EMS vertical for Coronis Health.

The deal will integrate Junglytics' GPT-4 powered conversational analytics into Carbon6's data platform to give Amazon and other online sellers AI-driven, actionable insights.
