Carbon60, a Canadian managed cloud hosting provider backed by M/C Partners, has acquired OpsGuru, a Vancouver-based multi-cloud and DevOps consultancy. The deal expands Carbon60's multi-cloud transformation and managed services capabilities across AWS, Azure and Google Cloud, creating a combined organization of more than 160 employees.
