Pluralsight, backed by Vista Equity Partners, acquired A Cloud Guru (ACG), a leading cloud skills development and hands-on learning platform, to create an all-in-one solution for cloud skill development across enterprise and individual customers. The deal, announced in June 2021 and closed July 8, 2021, combines ACG's certification courses, labs and sandboxes with Pluralsight Skills to expand Pluralsight's cloud capabilities and better serve large enterprise customers.

Cyber Guru Acquires Mantra

Italian cybersecurity awareness platform Cyber Guru has acquired Paris-based Mantra, integrating Mantra's automated and chat-enabled security awareness training into Cyber Guru's AI-driven platform. The deal combines both companies' machine-learning engines, expands Cyber Guru's European footprint (notably France), and brings Mantra's team and co-founders into Cyber Guru's leadership to accelerate product R&D and regional growth.
