Apptio Acquires Cloudwiry

Apptio, Inc. has acquired Cloudwiry, an Austin-based FinOps and multi-cloud cost-optimization SaaS provider. The deal (closed December 22, 2022) will integrate Cloudwiry’s automated reservation and savings-plan optimization capabilities into Apptio’s Cloudability offering to expand Apptio’s cloud cost-optimization and FinOps functionality.

BlackLine Acquires WiseLayer

BlackLine, the cloud-based platform for the Office of the CFO, has acquired New York-based WiseLayer, a maker of AI-powered agents for finance and accounting. The acquisition will embed WiseLayer's judgment-capable AI agents into BlackLine's Verity suite to automate complex accounting workflows such as accruals and payroll; terms were not disclosed.

LINKBYNET Acquires WISE Partners to Boost Cloud Cybersecurity Capabilities

LINKBYNET has acquired WISE Partners, a French cybersecurity and digital trust consulting firm, in a move to strengthen LINKBYNET's cloud security and managed security services in France and Europe.
