DJO, LLC, a subsidiary of Colfax Corporation, has acquired Trilliant Surgical, a national provider of foot and ankle orthopedic implants and the maker of the Arsenal Foot Plating System. The acquisition expands DJO's reconstructive/foot & ankle product portfolio and capabilities as the company targets growth in the high-growth U.S. foot and ankle market.

Henry Schein, Inc. completed the acquisition of a majority interest in TriMed, Inc., a Santa Clarita, California–based developer of orthopedic implants and solutions for lower and upper extremities. TriMed reported approximately $52 million in 2023 net sales; the TriMed founders will remain with the business and financial terms were not disclosed. Henry Schein said the deal will broaden its surgical product offering to IDNs and ASCs and is expected to be neutral to 2024 non-GAAP EPS and accretive thereafter.
