Lamberti Acquires Aquatrols

Italian specialty chemicals group Lamberti has completed the acquisition of Aquatrols, a Paulsboro, New Jersey–based developer of specialty surfactants and soil-applied products for turf, agriculture and horticulture. The deal provides Lamberti with expanded capabilities in water-optimization and growing-media products while offering Aquatrols enhanced supply security and resources for innovation; Aquatrols had been majority‑backed by Rural American Fund since 2015.
