Gerard Daniel Worldwide, a Graycliff Partners LP portfolio company, has acquired the Knitted Mesh & Separation division of Rhodius GmbH (Rhodius KMS). The deal adds knitted wire mesh and filtration capabilities, expands Gerard Daniel's European footprint (Weissenburg, Bavaria) and enhances exposure to the clean hydrogen, chemical and industrial end markets.
