The add-on deal will keep Durex operating in Wisconsin and aims to expand GDW's manufacturing capabilities, distribution reach and product portfolio across aggregate, mining, recycling and related industrial markets; terms were not disclosed.

(DPI), a Crossville, Tennessee-based manufacturer of custom rubber and polyurethane components used in automotive NVH and industrial applications, has been acquired by GreenLiner, LLC. FourBridges Capital Advisors advised the seller, and DPI president Mike Dalton (seller) will remain with the company in an operating capacity as GreenLiner looks to expand its OEM truck bed mat and related product capabilities.

DXP Enterprises Acquires Drydon Equipment and Burlingame Engineers

(NASDAQ: DXPE) has completed the acquisitions of Drydon Equipment, Inc. and Burlingame Engineers, expanding its DXP Water presence and adding rotating equipment distribution and water/wastewater capabilities in Illinois, Wisconsin, Indiana, Michigan and California. The deals were funded with cash and DXP common stock; combined trailing-12-month sales for the two businesses were approximately $10.3 million and the transactions are expected to be accretive to earnings.
