GreenLiner, LLC Acquires Durable Products, Inc.

Durable Products, Inc. (DPI), a Crossville, Tennessee-based manufacturer of custom rubber and polyurethane components used in automotive NVH and industrial applications, has been acquired by GreenLiner, LLC. FourBridges Capital Advisors advised the seller, and DPI president Mike Dalton (seller) will remain with the company in an operating capacity as GreenLiner looks to expand its OEM truck bed mat and related product capabilities.

DPI Off-Road Brands (f/k/a Daystar Products International), a Phoenix-based automotive aftermarket parts platform backed by Dubin Clark, has acquired JT's Parts and Accessories, a differential and axle-focused parts manufacturer/distributor headquartered in Cashmere, Washington with a second facility in Atlanta, Georgia. The deal is the fifth add-on for DPI Off-Road since its partnership with Dubin Clark began in 2017 and expands DPI's product offering into differentials, axles and related drivetrain components.

(SDP/SDPI) for approximately $32.2 million in cash and DTI stock, a deal approved by both companies' boards and expected to close in Q3 2024. The transaction brings SDP's Drill‑N‑Ream technology, PDC bit manufacturing and engineering capabilities into DTI to expand product offerings, capture manufacturing and distribution synergies, and support expansion—particularly in the Middle East.
