Gerard Daniel Worldwide (a Graycliff Partners portfolio company) has acquired Durex Products, Inc., a Luck, Wisconsin-based manufacturer of urethane wear parts and screening media, from Borgman Capital. The add-on deal will keep Durex operating in Wisconsin and aims to expand GDW's manufacturing capabilities, distribution reach and product portfolio across aggregate, mining, recycling and related industrial markets; terms were not disclosed.

TRANSTEX Acquires US Liner Company

TRANSTEX, a cleantech transportation OEM, has acquired US Liner Company (formerly American Made LLC), a Pennsylvania-based manufacturer of glass-reinforced thermoplastic composite components. The acquisition expands TRANSTEX's North American manufacturing capacity and secures a supply of lightweight, corrosion-resistant composite materials for transportation, RV and agricultural applications.

DPI Off-Road Brands Acquires JT's Parts and Accessories

DPI Off-Road Brands (f/k/a Daystar Products International), a Phoenix-based automotive aftermarket parts platform backed by Dubin Clark, has acquired JT's Parts and Accessories, a differential and axle-focused parts manufacturer/distributor headquartered in Cashmere, Washington with a second facility in Atlanta, Georgia. The deal is the fifth add-on for DPI Off-Road since its partnership with Dubin Clark began in 2017 and expands DPI's product offering into differentials, axles and related drivetrain components.

J-B Weld Acquires Herculiner Bed Liner Product Line from Old World Industries

DXP Enterprises Acquires Drydon Equipment and Burlingame Engineers

(NASDAQ: DXPE) has completed the acquisitions of Drydon Equipment, Inc. and Burlingame Engineers, expanding its DXP Water presence and adding rotating equipment distribution and water/wastewater capabilities in Illinois, Wisconsin, Indiana, Michigan and California. The deals were funded with cash and DXP common stock; combined trailing-12-month sales for the two businesses were approximately $10.3 million and the transactions are expected to be accretive to earnings.

Drilling Tools International Acquires Superior Drilling Products

Drilling Tools International Corp. (DTI) agreed to acquire Superior Drilling Products, Inc. (SDP/SDPI) for approximately $32.2 million in cash and DTI stock, a deal approved by both companies' boards and expected to close in Q3 2024. The transaction brings SDP's Drill‑N‑Ream technology, PDC bit manufacturing and engineering capabilities into DTI to expand product offerings, capture manufacturing and distribution synergies, and support expansion—particularly in the Middle East.
