DPI Off-Road Brands Acquires JT's Parts and Accessories

DPI Off-Road Brands (f/k/a Daystar Products International), a Phoenix-based automotive aftermarket parts platform backed by Dubin Clark, has acquired JT's Parts and Accessories, a differential and axle-focused parts manufacturer/distributor headquartered in Cashmere, Washington with a second facility in Atlanta, Georgia. The deal is the fifth add-on for DPI Off-Road since its partnership with Dubin Clark began in 2017 and expands DPI's product offering into differentials, axles and related drivetrain components.
