Clarify Health, a cloud analytics and value-based payments platform, has acquired Embedded Healthcare, a behavior-change platform spun out of the University of Pennsylvania. The acquisition integrates Embedded's behavioral science and incentive platform into Clarify's value-based payments solutions to increase provider engagement and accelerate adoption of value-based care by payers and providers.
