CBRE Acquires Full Spectrum Group from Pfingsten Partners

CBRE Group has acquired Full Spectrum Group from private equity firm Pfingsten Partners for $110 million, integrating the specialist laboratory equipment maintenance provider into its Global Workplace Solutions Integrated Laboratory Solutions business. Full Spectrum, headquartered in Laguna Hills, California, operates 20 U.S. locations with more than 150 employees (including 100+ engineers) and provides service contracts, preventative maintenance, calibration/validation and repair for high-end laboratory instruments.

The transaction is CSI’s fourth add-on under Argosy's ownership and is intended to expand CSI’s supply‑chain-as-a-service capabilities, add new customers and suppliers, and broaden end‑market exposure in heavy equipment, RV/marine and lawn & garden.

Centerbridge and Bridgeport Acquire Computer Services, Inc. for $1.6 Billion

Private equity firms Centerbridge Partners and Bridgeport Partners completed an all-cash $1.6 billion acquisition of Computer Services, Inc. (CSI), taking the company private at $58.00 per share and causing its common stock to cease trading on the OTCQX. The deal positions CSI to accelerate investment in cloud, R&D, and expanded fintech/regtech product capabilities to better serve community banks, fintechs and corporate customers.
