Paragon Group Acquires Parseq from Parabellum Investments

The deal expands Paragon's UK BPO and payment-processing capabilities and adds scale across Parseq's processing centres in Rotherham, Glasgow and international sites.

The buyers plan to accelerate the company's growth through brand investment, operational improvements, strengthened partner/customer relationships and market expansion (including future acquisitions); Column employs over 400 people and generated about $90 million in revenue in 2019.

CAI Software Acquires Parsable

CAI Software, LLC (a portfolio company of Symphony Technology Group) has acquired Parsable, Inc., a cloud-native Connected Worker platform used by tier‑1 manufacturers for production, maintenance, quality, safety and ESG. Parsable CEO Matt Belkin will remain CEO reporting to CAI CEO Brian Rigney; Lightspeed Venture Partners and other existing investors will remain significant investors and David Lincoln of Activate Capital will join the CAI board.

Rejigg facilitated the introduction between the parties; the deal closed on August 30, 2024 and is intended to expand ITSA's U.S. footprint and service capabilities.

Parsec Capital Acquisitions Corp., a Nasdaq-listed special purpose acquisition company, executed a merger agreement with Calgary-based Enteractive Media Inc., a provider of gambling-themed broadcast and streaming content (including its PlayerVision subsidiary). The business combination is intended to take Enteractive public on Nasdaq, providing the company with access to capital to support growth and expansion, subject to customary approvals and closing conditions.
