Parseq, a Parabellum Investments portfolio company, has acquired the TALL Group — a UK provider of secure print and payment solutions — and integrated India-based IT and BPM firm Column Software Solutions into its operations. The moves expand Parseq's secure document, payments and India delivery capabilities, bringing the combined headcount to more than 520 across the UK, Bulgaria and India.
