IT Service Alliance (ITSA), a majority employee- and management-owned outsourced IT manager, has acquired The Parsec Group, a provider of critical infrastructure and legacy operating-system managed services headquartered in Arvada, Colorado. Rejigg facilitated the introduction between the parties; the deal closed on August 30, 2024 and is intended to expand ITSA's U.S. footprint and service capabilities.

Parsec is a Cincinnati-based provider of rail terminal management, drayage and intermodal services with ~2,100 employees and $230.2 million of trailing-twelve-month revenue; the business will operate within Universal's contract logistics segment to expand its rail terminal capabilities and is expected to be immediately accretive.
