Parseq, a Parabellum Investments portfolio company, has acquired the TALL Group — a UK provider of secure print and payment solutions — and integrated India-based IT and BPM firm Column Software Solutions into its operations. The moves expand Parseq's secure document, payments and India delivery capabilities, bringing the combined headcount to more than 520 across the UK, Bulgaria and India.

Paya Holdings Acquires Paragon Payment Solutions

Paya Holdings, Inc. (NASDAQ: PAYA) announced the acquisition of Paragon Payment Solutions, a Tempe, Arizona-based integrated payments provider that processes approximately $1.5 billion in annual payment volume. The acquisition strengthens Paya’s ISV partner roster and expands its capabilities and reach in the non-profit and healthcare verticals; Paragon executives Roy Bricker and Brock Robertson will assist with integration and ISV sales efforts.

Playfly Sports Acquires Paragon Marketing Group

Paragon will operate as a wholly owned subsidiary called Paragon Sports Marketing, with founding partners Rashid Ghazi and Julie Simmons overseeing the unit to integrate Paragon’s events, media relationships and client partnerships into Playfly’s commercial platform.

CAI Software Acquires Parsable

Parsable CEO Matt Belkin will remain CEO reporting to CAI CEO Brian Rigney; Lightspeed Venture Partners and other existing investors will remain significant investors and David Lincoln of Activate Capital will join the CAI board.
