St. Louis-based private equity firm WILsquare Capital has completed the acquisition of Versare Solutions, LLC, a Minneapolis manufacturer and e-commerce marketer of portable room partitions, privacy screens, workstations and acoustical products. Financial terms were not disclosed; WILsquare said it will support Versare’s investments to expand capabilities, product development and digital/e-commerce growth.

Versare Solutions, a Minneapolis-based portfolio company of WILsquare Capital, has acquired substantially all assets of EverBlock Systems, a New York-based maker of modular room partitions, building blocks and interlocking flooring. The deal combines EverBlock's patented modular products with Versare's manufacturing, eCommerce and digital marketing capabilities to expand product offerings and distribution; terms were not disclosed.

The RiteScreen Company Acquires FlexScreen

The RiteScreen Company, the largest independent manufacturer of window and patio door screens in North America, has acquired FlexScreen, a maker of flexible window screen technology founded in 2013. The deal brings FlexScreen's patented flexible screen products and team into RiteScreen's national manufacturing footprint to broaden product breadth, improve manufacturing scale, and accelerate distribution to OEM and aftermarket customers; RiteScreen is majority‑backed by Seven Point Equity Partners.

PPG Acquires VersaFlex from DalFort Capital Partners

PPG Industries acquired VersaFlex, a Kansas City-based manufacturer of polyurea, epoxy and polyurethane coatings, from DalFort Capital Partners. VersaFlex generated over $70 million in revenue in 2020 and the acquisition expands PPG's protective coatings portfolio and capabilities in water/wastewater, flooring and infrastructure markets.

Heartwood Partners Forms VITALSpace and Adds Portable Solutions Group to Platform
