St. Louis-based private equity firm WILsquare Capital has completed the acquisition of Versare Solutions, LLC, a Minneapolis manufacturer and e-commerce marketer of portable room partitions, privacy screens, workstations and acoustical products. Financial terms were not disclosed; WILsquare said it will support Versare’s investments to expand capabilities, product development and digital/e-commerce growth.

Versar, Inc. Acquires BayFirst Solutions, LLC

Versar, Inc., a program management company serving U.S. federal and commercial clients, has acquired BayFirst Solutions, LLC, a Washington, D.C.-based provider of network engineering, cybersecurity, and intelligence support to U.S. government customers including the Department of Homeland Security. The deal expands and diversifies Versar's information technology and intelligence services capabilities and will keep BayFirst leadership in place with Kevin Gooch as CEO and founder Robert Rice joining Versar's board.

Arena Group Acquires Showblock

Arena Group has acquired U.K.-based temporary structure designer and manufacturer Showblock. The deal will keep Showblock's existing team led by founder Nick Cole in Warwickshire and allows Arena to offer Showblock's modular structures alongside its own temporary and semi-permanent event solutions to expand its global capability and client offering.

ERI Solutions (Spire Capital Portfolio) Acquires BLOC Environmental Solutions
