The deal brings FlexScreen's patented flexible screen products and team into RiteScreen's national manufacturing footprint to broaden product breadth, improve manufacturing scale, and accelerate distribution to OEM and aftermarket customers; RiteScreen is majority‑backed by Seven Point Equity Partners.
