Back Nine Equity (Links Car Wash) to Acquire Woodie's Wash Shack

Back Nine Equity, LLC—the parent company of Links Car Wash—has entered into an agreement to acquire the Woodie's Wash Shack brand, operated by WWS Enterprises. The deal will combine the Woodie's brand and operating platform with the Links Car Wash platform to create a scaled express car wash operator with 50 locations across North Carolina, South Carolina, Florida, and Texas.
