Ballston Spa Bancorp, Inc. (holding company for Ballston Spa National Bank) completed its previously announced strategic merger with NBC Bancorp, Inc. (holding company for The National Bank of Coxsackie). The combined bank will operate under the BSNB charter, with NBC locations known as Coxsackie Bank, a division of Ballston Spa National Bank.
