BARBRI, a Leeds Equity Partners portfolio company, acquired Kaplan Altior (Altior), a U.K. legal training provider, from Kaplan Professional U.K. and Ireland. The add-on expands BARBRI's UK legal training capabilities—including SRA-approved PSC, Trainee Litigation Programme and SQE preparation—and broadens its law firm client relationships in the U.K.
