BARBRI, a portfolio company of Leeds Equity Partners, has acquired The Center for Legal Studies (CLS), a provider of paralegal and legal support training delivered via online and live courses in partnership with colleges and universities. The deal expands BARBRI's paralegal and legal support training offerings and broadens its online program management capabilities for university partners; financial terms were not disclosed.
