Barings has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire Artemis Real Estate Partners, a U.S. real estate investment manager. The deal will integrate Artemis' team and capabilities into Barings' U.S. real estate equity platform to expand Barings' investment capabilities and accelerate growth; terms were not disclosed and the transaction is expected to close in Q1 2025.
