Battery Ventures Agrees to Lead Growth Equity Investment in Signal AI

Signal AI, a global risk and reputation intelligence platform, announced that Battery Ventures has agreed to lead a significant growth-equity investment. Battery will hold a majority stake, while existing minority investors Highland Europe, Mercuri, and MMC Ventures will retain minority positions. The transaction is expected to close in Q4 2025, subject to customary closing conditions.
