BCE (Bell Canada) Completes Acquisition of Ziply Fiber

BCE Inc. completed its acquisition of Ziply Fiber, a leading fiber internet provider in the U.S. Pacific Northwest, for C$5.0 billion in cash and the assumption of approximately C$2.6 billion of net debt. The deal expands Bell’s fiber footprint into the United States and, together with BCE’s partnership with PSP Investments (Network FiberCo), positions the company to potentially reach up to 8 million U.S. fiber locations.
