BCM One has acquired Wholesale Carrier Services (WCS), a facilities-based operator of an IP-enabled voice and data network, in a deal that expands BCM One's managed services portfolio and global network reach. The acquisition adds WCS's UCaaS, connectivity and managed services capabilities and extends BCM One's Network Operations Center footprint into the Asia Pacific region; the deal was announced July 21, 2021.

WMS is headquartered in Miramar, Florida and provides maritime cellular networks for cruise, ferry, yacht and shipping customers worldwide.
