BECO Holding Company (H.I.G. Capital) Acquires Electronic Supply Company and Grease Lock

BECO Holding Company (BHC), an H.I.G. Capital portfolio company doing business as Brooks Equipment, has completed the acquisitions of Electronic Supply Company (ESC) and Grease Lock. The add-on transactions expand BHC’s product segments, vendor relationships and geographic footprint across the U.S., with H.I.G. supporting BHC’s continued platform build-out.
