Belmont Medical Technologies Acquires Arcos, Inc.

Belmont Medical Technologies acquired Arcos, Inc., a Missouri City, Texas-based health IT company providing software for burn care, trauma resuscitation, and massive transfusion workflows. The deal adds Arcos’s Burn Navigator and BloodNav platforms to Belmont’s fluid-resuscitation and patient-temperature management solutions. The transaction was completed on June 17, 2026, and was Belmont’s third add-on acquisition since Audax Private Equity invested in Belmont in 2017.
